News archive 2014 RF devices NKRZI have changed normative document on including of RF devices in the "Register of RED and ED devices of Ukraine". Now, this including may be made only: - if the RTTE declaration is signed by the Ukrainian company; - if the application documents for the including into the Register are signed by the Ukrainian company. Now, this including will take place AFTER certifciation (declaration) and will be based on teh results of the local conformity assessment. 2011 17 November 2011 Certification is reduced again The order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine No. 162 from October, 25, 2011 excluded from the "List of product for obligatory certifciation of Ukraine" many clauses, for example, consumer electronics, information technology, medical equipment and so on. It will be in force from January, 01, 2012. Declaration and marking with the national sign of conformity is not required. If these hazardous substances are used in the equipment then the list and the percentage of these substances must be shown in the line-documentation. 14 October 2010 The order No. 67 of the Derzfspozhivstandard of Ukraine "About List of products which are uder technical regulations in Ukraine" is issued: - There are 8 TRs with appropriate lists of product and with their HS codes. This order is used at the Customs to define whether a product must have a declaration on the appropriate TR(s) or not. 22 September 2010 The order No. 425 of the Derzfspozhivstandard of Ukraine "Changes in the list of product for obligatory certification in Ukraine" is issued: - all standards on EMC and many kinds of equipnment are excluded. 07 October 2003 TR on modules and procedures of conformity assessmentt is approved.
